Safi Quamadeen is the New Chief of Security Operations for Johnson Development. Safi previously served as a Sergeant Major, 2nd Battalion, 1st Brigade, 201 Corps, Infantry, Afghan National
Army (ANA) from 2004 to 2008, and was a Security Officer in the U.S. Army from 2008 – 2011.
He was the owner of Hesperian Valero LLC from 2011 to 2015 and is currently the owner of Life Ride
Medical Transportation Company, a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company. He
attended Bakersfield College.
