2.2 Accreditation
Opportunity Zone investments require investor accreditation per SEC Rule 501.
3. Property Listings
3.1 Accuracy

Square footage, zoning, and historic status are provided "as-is" from municipal records.

3.2 Right to Withdraw
Listed properties may be removed without notice due to prior sale or feasibility issues.
